The 13 Lessons to Teach Your Child About Digital Photography article was actually pretty interesting. I wish it was something my parents were interested in when I was growing up so I would have a better foundation now.

The first tip that I thought was good was “Get in Close”. Nearly everyone with a digital camera loves to take pictures, but is too timid to walk up to the front of a Church or to an interesting piece of scenery to really capture an image.

The other tip I thought was good was “Take a lot of Pictures”. When I take pictures I usually take two or three and move on, but getting 30 from different angles means you’re a lot more likely to get “just the right shot”.
